Coronation Street has picked up the 'Best Soap/Continuing Drama' prize at the Broadcast Awards 2013. The ITV show beat EastEnders, Emmerdale, Hollyoaks, Casualty and Holby City to the title at tonight's (January 30) ceremony, held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London.
