Born and raised in San Francisco, California, Hannah V. Nance decided at a young age that she wanted to pursue a life and career in the film industry. That unwavering passion led her to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Film & Media Production at Arizona State University. Within her first year of study, Nance secured a position at a local film production company, seizing the opportunity to gain practical experience in tandem with her growing academic knowledge. That invaluable experience served as a launching pad for her journey into the world of freelance filmmaking, where Nance has since accumulated a rich and varied portfolio encompassing short/feature films, music videos, and commercial projects. In 2023, Nance co-founded Gridhouse Media, an Arizona-based production company specializing in music videos, commercials, and narrative films. This endeavor reflects her commitment to pushing creative boundaries, as well as her determination for a thriving career in this industry.
