He began his career as a musician, releasing several singles on the RCA label in the 1960's, and two full length albums, "The Well Rounded Dick Glass" (20th Century Fox Records 1964) and "The Glass Derringer" with Rick Derringer & The McCoys (LAX Records 1976).
