Rodrigo T. Marques

Rodrigo T. Marques is a documentarist and has a Master Degree in Audiovisual Media and Processes at São Paulo University. He works as a screenwriter, director, cinematographer, editor, and director. He is co-founder of the production company Complô and has been making documentaries since 2005, with highlights including the feature films Toada para José Siqueira (Special Jury Award at the 13th In-Edit Festival; Best Research at the 7th Arquivo em Cartaz festival; Special Award at the 16th FestAruanda; Best Sound, Original Music, Sound Editing and Mixing at the 3rd BIS festival), Schools in Fight (Best Feature Film Popular Jury at the 21st Mostra de Tiradentes and 4th Mostra de Gostoso, Best Film at the 2nd Mostra Sesc de Cinema, 50th Festival de Brasília, Semana dos Realizadores, CachoeiraDoc), Pedro Osmar, prá liberdade que se conquista (In-Edit, Festival de Brasília, Festival Mimo de Cinema, recipient of the Rumos and SpCine grants and released in cinemas in March 2017), and Carregador 1118 (É Tudo Verdade, Forum Doc BH, Bafici).
