- In addition to her bars in San Francisco, Streicher operated the Vieux Carré, located outside Guerenville along the Russian River in Northern California. The bar operated in the 1960s and 1970s.
- Her bar Olive Oil's appears in the 1984 novel Babycakes by Armistead Maupin.
- Rikki Streicher Field, located in the Castro District of San Francisco, is named after her. The field is bordered by 19th, Collingwood, and Diamond Streets and is connected to the Eureka Valley Recreation Center.
- San Francisco-based barkeeper and entrepreneur. She ran three well-known lesbian bars: Maud's Study in the Haight-Ashbury District, Amelia's on Valencia Street (named for Amelia Earhart), and Olive Oil's Bar and Grill at Pier 50. Her best-known bar, Maud's, is the subject of the documentary Last Call at Maud's (1993).
