Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA: Shot a national GE Healthcare commercial, which ended up being a defining moment in her advocacy for the inclusion of people with disabilities in marketing and advertising. Later she was named the US Ambassador for GE Healthcare's Get Fit campaign meant to inspire. (outubro de 2011)

After speaking at the FBI, Eileen was asked to join the FBI Citizens Academy. She graduated in the fall of 2019 and was keynote speaker for her class.

Working in New Orleans, Louisiana with her career inspiration, Jessica Lange and with Shirley MacLaine on Wild Oats (2016) was one of the highlights of Eileen's career. The film also stars Demi Moore, Billy Connolly and Judd Hirsch.

Worked for musicians Sheryl Crow, and Ben Harper.

Executive produced and shot the lead in the Independent pilot, "Ghost Writer", with two of her mentors, Barbara Bain and Carmen Argenziano. (agosto de 2009)

Her favorite experience in television so far was shooting the pilot, now a Recurring Guest Star role, in the NBC thriller, Game of Silence (2016) in Atlanta, Georgia. The director Niels Arden Oplev was very open to collaboration and inspiration, Eileen's favorite kind of director, and even allowed her to do her own stunts. The show brought Eileen full circle back to Atlanta where she started her career 24 years earlier.

Shot the HBO pilot Enlightened (2011) with Laura Dern, Luke Wilson and Diane Ladd. Laura Dern and Eileen worked very closely together for years. (janeiro de 2010)

An award-winning artist since childhood, Eileen has painted original murals in homes of celebrities in Los Angeles. The mural she painted for Sheryl Crow's baby room ended up in a popular entertainment magazine spread.

Her character "Precious Ryan", ex wife of Bobby, on Filhos da Anarquia (2008) was prematurely cut from the storyline, but made a lasting impact with audiences worldwide. (maio de 2010)
