U.S. producers were so taken by her recurring guest role on TV's The Good Wife: Pelo Direito de Recomeçar (2009), that she was asked to stay on during her pregnancy, with the series storyline specifically adapted to accommodate her growing bump.

Dropped out of high school at age 16.

Melissa is a talented roller skater who took home bronze medals in national competitions in 1989 and 1990 and a silver medal in 1991.

Gave birth to her 1st child at age 37, a son Raphaël Blanc on February 6, 2014. Child's father is her now ex-boyfriend, Jean-David Blanc.

In 1997, Melissa appeared topless in the Australian Playboy.

The great thing about film is you start and finish. It's a journey that lasts so long, TV lasts a long time.
