Marina personal managed David Carradine's career (1995-2001) and was responsible for not only helping him to get sober during their time together, but resurrected his career, culminating with Quentin Tarantino's film "Kill Bill." Her memoir, "David Carradine, The Eye Of My Tornado," recounts their life together and investigation into his death. Her story is being developed as a film.

Anderson met Eagles band member, Don Henley soon after the band was formed in the early 1970's. They remained friends even after their two-year affair in the mid 1980's, which she wrote about how it was a profound part of her life in her memoir, David Carradine, The Eye Of My Tornado.

Peter O'Toole's son, actor Lorcan O'Toole is half-brother to her cousin, commercial real estate investor/owner and former actress/model, Morgan Brown (granddaughter of producer Harry Joe Brown and Sally Eilers, daughter of Harry Joe Brown Jr.).
