  • During the early days of WCW Monday Nitro (1995), he wanted the show to air at 7:57 PM, so he could give away the taped results of the WWF's WWE Raw (1993) three minutes before Raw even went on the air.
  • Wrestled for the first WWE Interactive Pay-per-view, _WWE Taboo Tuesday (2004) (TV)_ on Tuesday, October 19, 2004, challenging his "special nephew", Eugene.
  • The idea of WCW Nitro came from a meeting with Ted Turner. Turner had asked him how they, the WCW, can compete with the WWF's Monday Night Raw. Bischoff in return wasn't prepared for that question, so he said off the top of his head "give me a slot on prime time" thinking that Turner will say no. Surprisingly enough Turner said yes and the rest was history.
