Biografia

Parents were from Jamaica. Her mother was a Registered Nurse (now retired), her father was a Supreme Court Justice for British Virgin Islands and St. Kitts, and served a five-year term as a judge on the United Nations tribunal trying war crimes cases committed during the Rwanda civil war.

She hates being introduced or credited to as Tonya Lee Williams - she prefers Tonya Williams.

She is Founder and Executive Director of Reelworld Film Festival since 2001.

She was born at Weir Maternity Hospital in London, England.

Was directed in seven AT&T National commercials in 1989 by Director John Frankenheimer.
