Damon Wayans was the second major cast member from "In Living Color" to leave the show, after Kim Coles. He departed following the third season to pursue a big screen career, starring in films like "The Last Boy Scout," "Blankman" and "Major Payne." But during his time with the show, he left an unmistakable signature that can be felt across a number of colorful characters. Think of "In Living Color" and you're bound to have the image of an angry, put-upon clown flash through your head (Homey D. Exclusive: Disney Xd's breakout new live-action comedy series Pair of Kings has received a second-season pickup. Writers for the multi-camera comedy adventure series will reconvene after Thanksgiving to work on scripts, with production on the second season slated to begin in Hollywood in February. The series stars Mitchel Musso and Doc Shaw as fraternal twins who must relocate from their Chicago home to the island of Kinkow after they learn they are the rightful heirs to the throne of this odd kingdom. Since its September premiere, Pair of Kings has become Disney Xd's No.1 series across all key kid and boy demos, including Kids 6-14 and Boys 6-14. It ranks second in total viewers (684,000) behind veteran animated series Phineas and Ferb. Pair of Kings was created by Dan Cross and Dave Hoge who are executive producing with Matt Wickline.

Disney Xd is going royal with a series order for the live-action comedy pilot "Pair of Kings."

The series, which will start production in March for a fall premiere, stars "Hannah Montana" veteran Mitchel Musso and "House of Payne" regular Doc Shaw as 16-year-old fraternal twins (one white and one black). They are typical teenagers in Chicago raised by their aunt and uncle until they find out that they are heirs to the throne of the island of Kinkou; they relocate there to become kings.

Rounding out the cast are Geno Segers as the Royal Secretary, Kelsey Chow as his daughter and Ryan Ochoa as their disgruntled cousin and wannabe king.

"Kings" was created by Dan Cross and Dave Hoge of the Disney Xd flagship series "Aaron Stone." The two will executive produce with Matt Wickline ("The Hughleys").

Don Beck serves as co-executive producer and Leo Clarke as producer.

Frank TV made a big impression on TBS.

The cable network has ordered eight more episodes of the late-night sketch comedy show starring comedian-impressionist Frank Caliendo. The series, slated to return later this year, combines stand-up pieces shot before a live audience and segments shot on location, with Caliendo doing impersonations of celebrities ranging from John Madden to Jack Nicholson to President Bush.

Frank TV drew 3.2 million total viewers to its November premiere, including 2.1 million in adults 18-49, setting records for a late-night original series launch in cable, according to Nielsen Media Research. Overall, the show significantly improved TBS' performance in the 11 p.m. slot, averaging 2.1 million total viewers, including 1.4 million in the demo, for its initial eight-episode order.

"Frank has a very appealing everyman sensibility," said Michael Wright, senior vp in charge of the content creation group for TBS, TNT and TCM. "He laughs at the same things we all laugh at in the popular culture around us, and the show's sketches catch that comedic point of view perfectly."
