Jackson, Tom Hanks and Eddie Murphy.

Aside from playing Doctor Claw on Inspetor Bugiganga (1983), he has used the voice for other characters, such as Darkseid on O Desafio dos Super Amigos (1973), Emperor Krulos on Dino-Riders (1988), Soundwave on Transformers (1984) (only heavily modified with a vocoder, to give this a distinct monotone, robotic sound), as well as in movies such as the Cave of Wonders in Aladdin (1992), Shao Kahn in Mortal Kombat (1995), Soundwave again in both Transformers: A Vingança dos Derrotados (2009) and Transformers: O Lado Oculto da Lua (2011) (without the vocoder effects), as well as playing the Devil in four movies: O Rapto do Menino Dourado (1986), Todos os Cães Merecem o Céu (1989), Bill & Ted: Dois Loucos no Tempo (1991) and Spawn: O Soldado do Inferno (1997).

Although he never meet with the producers or the director Michael Bay, Bay felt his Welker's G1 Megatron voice was not suitable for the film and Bay's new interpretation. Ironically, he recreated the G1 voice for Transformers: The Game (2007) based on the movie, and was once again reunited with his old nemesis Optimus Prime played by Peter Cullen.

Has done voices for both the Star Trek movie series and Jornada nas Estrelas: Voyager (1995).

Has two roles in common with Carl Steven: (1) Welker provided Spock's screams in Jornada nas Estrelas III: À Procura de Spock (1984) while Steven played the nine-year-old version of the character in the same film and (2) Welker voiced Fred Jones in Scooby-Doo, Cadê Você? (1969) and its various spin-offs while Steven voiced him in O Pequeno Scooby-Doo (1988).

He voiced Grimace in many McDonald's television commercials from 1986 to 2003 as well as the 1995 Halloween-themed Kid Rhino cassette tapes "Ronald Makes It Magic", "Travel Tunes", "Silly Sing Along" and "Scary Sound Effects".
