- Ken Swofford had been married over 60 years to Barbee (yes - Barbee & Ken) and lived in Pacific Grove, CA.
- Ruddy, red-haired, burly-framed American character actor of the 1960s and 1970s often as a brash blue-collar or volatile villain. Later had tragic problems with alcohol. Narrated a documentary on the dangers of drinking and driving in his later years.
