Yuriy Stoyanov nasceu o 10 de julho de 1957 em Odesa, Ukrainian SSR, USSR [agora Odesa, Ukraine]. É ator e diretor, conhecido pelo seu trabalho em 12 (2007), Gorodok (1993) e Gitler kaput! (2008).
Since 1993 he co-hosts a highly popular comedy TV show "Gorodok" ("The Little Town") and its spin-off "V Gorodke" ("In The Little Town") together with Ilya Oleynikov. In these 2 men shows the female characters are usually, if not always, performed by Stoyanov.
Both programs have the cult followings.
