Quatermass and the Pit (1958) in the film adaptation
Uma Sepultura na Eternidade (1967). However, he was unable to do so due to a prior commitment.
Duncan Lamont, who previously played Victor Carroon in
The Quatermass Experiment (1953), was cast instead.
