Nothing Underneath is celebrating its 40th anniversary with new editions of the film and its soundtrack from Rustblade Records in association with Mvd.

Also known as Sotto il vestito niente, the 1985 Italian giallo has been newly restored in high definition for a Blu-ray and DVD release on July 29.

The soundtrack, composed by Pino Donaggio, hits vinyl and CD on July 25. The album is pressed on Red Blood Marble colored vinyl, limited to 499.

A set containing the Blu-ray, CD, and postcards is limited to 300, while the deluxe edition with the Blu-ray, CD, vinyl, postcards, book, Polaroid, poster, tote bag, and underwear is limited to 100.

In the film, a killer is roaming the streets of Milan using scissors to murder top models. A U.S. Park Ranger arrives in the city to protect his twin sister, only to realize she has disappeared.

The NCIS franchise is a massive institution, so its no wonder some actors have played multiple characters within its expansive storyline. It would throw off the narrative in most television shows to have the same person appear as different characters, with many only running for a few years. However, NCIS rich tapestry of more than two decades on television allows actors to weave in and out of the narrative as different NCIS characters seamlessly. Moreover, the fact that NCIS has so many spinoffs means some actors can always show up on a different show as a new character.

The franchise has tackled over a thousand cases between NCIS and its many spinoff shows, meaning there have been thousands of opportunities to play a character attached to a weekly case. The television institution continues to grow, expanding opportunities for its favorite actors to return without compromising the integrity of its complex web of narratives.

The opening night of the new Sphere Las Vegas event space was a star-studded affair!

Sin City’s new concert venue officially opened on Friday night (September 29) and featured the first night of U2‘s Uv Achtung Baby Live At Sphere residency at the location.

Actor Tom Schanley has achieved something rare and wonderful...career longevity. His talent, charm, and movie-star good looks are all part of why Tom has been able to carve out a twenty-year career in film and television. That, and a penchant for playing a really good bad guy. An unforgettable evening benefiting The Trevor Project will take place tonight, February 15.

The event will be held at “supperclub los angeles” with full red carpet, acrobatic entertainment, and the main event, a dance performance by celebrity choreographer Laurieann Gibson, star of E! Entertainment’s newest reality series, “The Dance Scene”. ‘The Dance Scene,’ which begins airing in April 2011, will be filming at the event. There is a suggested donation of $40 at the door for general admission.

Children are the most tragic victims of homelessness. They often suffer the indignities of living out of a car or in temporary housing – longing for some normalcy. The Los Angeles Mission reaches out to the younger homeless population with its End of Summer Block Party, designed as a way for kids to play, have fun, win prizes and forget about their circumstances – if for only a day.

The End of Summer Block party was held Saturday on the main street of Skid Row, Fifth Street, where decorations, tents and inflatable play areas were set up. Besides the giant slide, there was a dunk tank, face painting, crafts, games and of course backpacks full of school supplies.

“There were smiles everywhere,” said Herb Smith, President of the Los Angeles Mission. “This was a great day, to see the kids and their parents having fun. Our volunteers really enjoy the Block Party because of the kids.

The Los Angeles Mission will make a difference for the homeless this Easter – with a little help from celebrity friends.

The Mission will serve 3,000 meals, provide Easter baskets with toys for children, and wash the feet of the homeless on Good Friday. Why feet washing? Easter Week foot washing is a Christian tradition – memorializing that Jesus washed the feet of his disciples the night before he was crucified. Many who are on the streets seldom have normal loving human contact – and this outreach of food, foot washing with podiatric care and new shoes is a way of inviting them to learn about the Mission’s services, including its long term program of restoration – in order to get off the streets permanently. The Los Angeles Christian Health Center uses this opportunity to address the foot problems suffered by many on the streets of Skid Row.

David Boreanaz, Henry Thomas, Vera Farmiga and Bruce Dern are packing up their acting talents and heading to The Hard Easy. Shooting is under way on the indie heist film in Los Angeles with Ari Ryan at the helm. Penned by Jon Robert Lindstrom and Tom Schanley and produced by Will Sherak and Jason Shuman, the story centers on two men who attempt to rob a jewelry store on the same day. Boreanaz plays Roger, an unlucky, unethical stock trader and Princeton graduate who agrees to rob the jewelry store with a team in order to cover losses that could put him in jail. Thomas plays Paul, a lowlife gambler who is attempting to do the same thing in an effort to pay off his gambling debts. Farmiga, who has a lead role in Wayne Kramer's Running Scared opposite Paul Walker, will play Dr. Charlie Brooks, an attractive, worldy woman who is trying to get revenge on Paul for her father's death. Dern is attached for the role of Gene, a former military man who is part of the robbery team.
