(2003) Bill and his wife, public television producer Georgette Reilly Timoney, wrote and produced "KidSmartz," a DVD program that helps parents talk with their children about abduction prevention and other safety issues. The program, hosted by actor Bryan Cranston, benefits the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.

Has a special interest in Irish Theatre, particularly the works of Listowel playwright John B. Keane. He appeared in the Keane plays The Year of the Hiker and Many Young Men of Twenty (both starring Keane vet James N. Healy) for the Irish-American Cultural Institute. He's also acted in stage productions at the Irish Arts Center in New York City, and with the Celtic Theatre Company of New Jersey.
