The teaser of Kannada actor Shiva Rajkumar’s upcoming film ‘Ghost’, which released on Wednesday, is packed with action and swag. The teaser has been released on the occasion of the actor’s birthday.

The teaser is 1 minute and 54 seconds long, and features Shiva Rajkumar sitting in what looks like a dungeon waiting to go all guns blazing on a group of mercenaries who are out to kill him.

The teaser opens with a voice over a radio warning the team that the earlier unit had promised to execute him in 5 minutes, but never returned.

The teaser of Shiva Rajkumar’s upcoming action heist thriller Ghost was released on July 12, coinciding with the actor’s 61st birthday. The film, directed by Mg Srinivas, marks Shiva Rajkumar’s maiden pan-India venture and promises to be a high-octane spectacle.

The teaser introduces Shiva Rajkumar as the Big Daddy, a most-wanted criminal who is pursued by a special task force. The actor is seen in a stylish and rugged avatar, wielding guns and delivering punchlines. He also makes a quirky entry by making pani puri with whiskey as one of the ingredients.

The unit of Mani Ratnam’s ‘Ponniyin Selvan’ released a behind-the-scenes video of the second single ‘Chola Chola’, which celebrates the glory of the Chola empire. The BTS shows Vikram, who plays Adithya Karikalan, the elder brother of Rajaraja Chola I, in the film, dancing to the number. It also shows the scale of the song, and gives an idea of the large number of dancers who are a part of it.

She will match steps with actor Nara Rohit.

"It's a racy song and Hazel has breathed life into it with her moves. She is definitely going to scorch the screen with her performance. I've seen her performances in the past and realised that she would be apt for this song. I think she was just perfect for it," the film's director Satya Prakash told Ians.

"She is paired with Nara Rohit in the song. The chemistry between them will come alive on screen," he added.
