- Werner Nippen began his post-war career in 1945 in Munich (Kleine Komödie). During his time in Munich during the war, the film production company Bavaria also hired Nippen for five feature films. Later, he also participated in radio plays and school radio programs for the Süddeutscher Rundfunk and the Südwestfunk.
- During the 1938/39 season, Werner Nippen was a member of the ensemble at the Ingolstadt City Theater, and subsequently worked at the Bavarian State Theater in Munich throughout the Second World War. During these early years, Nippen's role was that of the youthful lover and hero.
- Werner Nippen was a German actor.
- The son of a warehouse manager attended a commercial college and received his acting training at the Immermann Theater School of the Düsseldorf Municipal Theaters.
- Nippen earned his first money as an employee, then he switched to the theater and made his debut in 1934 with the role of Juan in The Judge of Zalamea at the Westfälisches Landestheater in Paderborn.
