Visited many of the locations in Rome, Italy, featured in the movie Roman Holiday (1953) in November 2014, including the entrance to Joe Bradley's apartment on Via Margutta 51, the Spanish Steps, and the "Mouth of Truth" (Bocca Della Verità).

Wrote the song "In the Night", which he sings while playing the guitar in the movie Psycho Scarecrow (1996).

Visited some of Berlin, Germany's many recognizable filming locations in January 2006, including the Oberbaum Bridge and the Gendarmenmarkt square, featured in Run Lola Run (1998), and The Westin Grand Hotel Berlin, featured in The Bourne Supremacy (2004).

Related to "Captain (William) Kidd", the notorious 17th-Century Scottish pirate.

Completed a Bachelor of Arts degree at Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, Canada, with a Major in English Literature and a Minor in Fine and Performing Arts (Theatre).
