Renowned star of stage and song Santino Fontana and the Muppets® from Sesame Street® join the world-famous Mormon Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square for a magical holiday extravaganza. Sesame Street has been educating and entertaining the world for more than 45 years, but this concert special marks the Muppets' first performance with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square. The concert includes a rendition of the classic carol from Sesame Street, "Keep Christmas With You," "Sing a Christmas Carol" from Scrooge, "The Candy Man," a charming medley of songs from Sesame Street programs and inspiring arrangements of sacred Christmas music.

PBS Utah, licensed to The University of Utah, is the sole PBS station for the state, providing viewers with access to quality educational, arts, and entertainment programs 24 hours a day, on four broadcast channels and online.

The year was 1864. Eight thousand Navajo men, women and children were forced from their sacred homeland to march over 300 miles to Bosque Redondo, a barren reservation in New Mexico along the Texas border. Many died along the way and during a four-year incarceration, aimed at crushing American Indian resistance in lands that would eventually become the states of Arizona and New Mexico. The Long Walk tells the story for the first time from the perspectives of Navajo Elders. It reveals the campaign of the U.S. military against the Navajo in the early 1860s, the events leading to it, and the aftermath of the Treaty of 1868, all of which would change the world of the Navajos.

Throughout most of the 20th century, two rival department stores dominated Salt Lake City, but by 2017 all that remained of them was the façade of ZCMI. Zion's Cooperative Mercantile Institution, founded by Mormon colonizer Brigham Young, started in 1868 and lasted through its sale in December 1999. The name ZCMI remained until 2002 when it was changed to Meier and Frank. Auerbach's was the other major department store in Utah. Frederick and Samuel Auerbach's began the Salt Lake City store in 1879. It flourished in two different locations until it closing in February 1979. This KUED production documents both of these grand and iconic Utah department stores through memories of those who shopped and worked in them. interviews clips focus on ZCMI's Christmas windows, the hot dog stand in the basement, and the Tiffen Room restaurant. Former shoppers at Auerbach's remember the elegant Crystal Room and the giant chandeliers and much more.
