A tongue-in-cheek story between a boy, who is a donkey, and a self-righteous girl studying to be a police officer.

The story is based on the life of a simple girl named Kangana, who belongs to a traditional Bengali family. Kangana is an exceptionally beautiful girl who knows that she can attract any man, but still hopes for a life partner who will admire, respect and want her for who she is, not her beauty. However, when her beauty becomes her curse, it changes her life forever. Kangana's own family, who are jealous of her, try to destroy every happiness that enters her life. Kangana's childhood sweetheart, Priyam, comes back from America and their love story begins. Kangana falls in love with Priyam, as he has all the qualities she is looking for in her Prince Charming. Soon, she marries him, starting a new chapter in her life. But, life is not as straightforward for Kangana as she was expecting it to be. Problems start arising in her life because of her beauty. Priyam cannot stand that his wife is far more talented and in-demand than him, and with every passing day, his insecurities about Kangana keep growing. He accuses Kangana of having an affair with his own best friend Nivaan and out of his lowliness complex, starts keeping an eye on her to know what she does and whom she meets. His suspicion grows so much that he starts raising his hand on Kangana. He gives her a permanent scar on her face so that she would look like a normal person. In the end, Kangana commits suicide because she was raped and did not want to bring shame on the family.

Inspector Haseena takes charge of a women's police station, which is to be closed down in 30 days. No F.I.R. has been registered here so far. The Inspector wants that at least one F.I.R. should be registered within the next 24 hours.

The police hold a prayer meeting to entice women to file an FIR, but to no avail. Karishma then warns the women that they should register FIRs. This too doesn't work. Shanti's problem inspires them to nab a doctor who does illegal tests.

The precinct gets an extension for a year. A college girl complains that she has received fake mark-sheets from her college. At her mother's urging, Haseena goes on a date, but changes into her uniform midway, due to a sudden situation.

Dr. Archana is entrapped and reveals that she has been doing illegal tests for many years. Shanti decides to lodge an FIR against her husband for forcing her to do the illegal gender discrimination test. The police station now has FIRs.

Karishma slaps college owner Tuteja at the police station. Haseena reprimands Karishma for this. The college scam's MO is morphing students' identity cards for the exams. Haseena and Karishma work independently to solve the case.

Tuteja is trapped into confessing his fake degree racket on camera. Haseen's earlier date, a Doctor, also proves to be a fake degree holder from Tuteja's college.
