It tells about the smallest details and crypts in the lives of four couples friends.

Three Arab women living in France trying to get a better life. Aida an Egyptian divorced painter, Amal a lebanease Journalist who suffers from her massochism, & So'ad from Morroco who works in a shop & lives with the old & impotent owner. The three of them become related to each other trying to stay out of trouble.

A down-to-earth, struggling taxi driver (Ramzi) discovers, by sheer chance, that his country's constitution grants him a share in the nation's entire public property. He proceeds to collecting power-of-attorney documents from over 50% of the population in order to literally sell out the country so that he could get married.

Strange and unexpected relationship brings together "Selim", a young single man, detective "Fathi", and thief "Margoushy", and this relationship is complicated when Margoushy steals the manuscript of Selim's novel.

On a day of celebration three characters' destinies are surprisingly brought together - An elite pronounced and prized Political Science professor nominated to be appointed Minister in the new government in just a few days, his young alcoholic coquette of a wife, and a retired police Special Forces "hero" formerly dedicated to the combat against terrorism whose now quiet and peaceful existence is shattered by the mere acquaintance with the couple. The entanglement of the three over this period of few days stirs up doubts, emotions, fears and devastating memories that dramatically breaks them down each in his/her own respect. Politically oriented, the question eventually becomes which and whose values will be able to survive after they are all bitterly faced with the hidden other half of the truth they had so carefully concealed in order to sustain their secure but so false and shammed lives .
