- Yousef is a successful cook, the son of immigrants, raised in Italy. After a very long wait he manages to obtain Italian citizenship, a few days after the attack in Macerata. Yousef's certainties begin to falter, leading him to a real identity crisis. When he is faced with a choice that until recently would have been obvious, he will no longer know what to do.
- A middle-class family. An elderly father, a young mother and a 4 years old, polite and silent child, are getting ready to go to a dinner with some colleagues of the father. In the tranquility of the night, a noise: a glass get shattered and three Rom children sneak in the house, with the intent of stealing. The three of them have different ages, and one in particularly is very young, almost equally in age with the owner's child. The oldest, more experienced, lead the group. Exploring the house, the three of them get scattered and the youngest go to the play's room: he got attracted to one in particular, and forget why he was here. When the parents returns, they start a fighting and do not notice the presence of the three children in their home. The two youngest meet each other: between them, from the fear, a small and intense friendship blossoms. They start playing together for a while, living in the purity of innocence. The oldest children recover the youngest and run away when the parents noticed their presence. At the first moment, it seems like their child as disappeared too, but he, facing the balcony, follow with his eye their escape in the streets.
- Antonio is a romantic. He has not completely taken on board the fact that Greta has ended their relationship and follows her everywhere, even if only to contemplate her from afar. Up to now she has limited herself to shouting at him the moment she notices, but one evening she finds him behind her while she's out walking the dog and it's the final straw. Resisting the temptation to always follow her, however, is difficult. Antonio languishes and finds no peace. He tries to fill the void of his loss by tormenting himself, unable to sit still; Alfredo, his room-mate, on the other hand, terrified of losing his hair, is always intent on avoiding the gaze of others, standing on the spot and feeling sorry for himself. Antonio no longer knows where to bang his head when, one day, his cell phone unexpectedly rings: it's her. He replies cautiously, preparing himself for a torrent of anger that never comes. Greta is in fact going through a bad patch and Antonio is the only one who can comfort her. Learning to wait is the most difficult test of youth.
- Alamar is a suburban "barrio" located to the east of Havana (CUBA); in the neighborhood some artists, tell the reality in which they live. A community context in which poems, graffiti and Hip-Hop music are mixed, through an expressive dialogue of peace and friendship, where the protagonists share their ideas and their dreams, with a sense of common belonging to their place of origin and at the same time as an individual experience. While in, the US President Obama, visits Cuba for the first time since the Cuban revolution, and the Roliing Stones, sing "Satisfaction" in a historic concert in Havana.
