ASTRID'S SAINTS is the haunting story of Astrid, a grieving mother who lives isolated in a world ambiguously poised between the supernatural and earthly suffering. Convinced that her prayers and the intercession of the saints can restore her beloved child, Astrid will find herself having to unravel the mysteries that bind her to other grieving mothers, their children, and the young saints to whom they are all devoted.
