HeadStuff Podcasts presents The Greatest Matter, an original full-cast audio drama podcast series launching on 24th September 2024. Trailer out now!

The Greatest Matter is a gothic crime tale set in Victorian Dublin, in which a visiting Italian criminologist gets caught up in a mysterious murder in Phoenix Park. The podcast will be released weekly for 12 episodes from September to December.

The show was written and directed by multi-award-winning podcast producer Conor Reid (creator of Words To That Effect), with a cast including Donncha O’Dea, Margaret Mc Auliffe, Amy O’Dwyer and Darragh Smith

The Greatest Matter will be of interest to lovers of gothic and the supernatural, as well as fans of crime, mystery, and all things Victorian. Prime Video has revealed the official trailer for the new Irish Original comedy series, ‘Lol: Last One Laughing Ireland,’ ahead of the series global launch on 19th January 2024.

Using his trademark wit, host Graham Norton will oversee the 10 comedic stars, brought together to make each other laugh by using every unpredictable comedic tool in the box … without cracking a smile themselves. With the added bonus of some celebrity cameos, their performances will have viewers—but hopefully not their fellow stars—laughing out loud. As the clock counts down and the tension rises, whoever can outlast their competitors will be crowned the first winner and win a grand prize of €50,000 for their charity of choice.

The series will feature some of Ireland’s biggest and best comedic talent: Aisling Bea, Amy Huberman, Catherine Bohart, David McSavage, Deirdre O’Kane, Emma Doran, Jason Byrne, Martin Angolo, Paul Tylak, and Tony Cantwell.
