Chris Shaw was born in New Jersey but spent most of his childhood in Franklin County, Virginia. He received his bachelor's degree from The Los Angeles Film School and his master's degree from Full Sail University.
Shaw has become an award-winning filmmaker, writing and directing numerous short films that have premiered within the major film festival circuit. His most recent project, "The Old Breed", stars Michael Cudlitz, Iddo Goldberg, and Jackson Pace.
