Constance Baranzano
Constance Baranzano was raised on the Philadelphia Main Line. With both parents having deep historic roots in Pennsylvania and the Mid-Atlantic States, her father was a professional engineer from Philadelphia, and her mother was from the prominent Schwehm family. Both parents are from German, English, French and Swedish descent. As a young girl, Constance appreciated her upbringing in historic Chester County, PA and received an elite private school education at The Shipley School in Bryn Mawr, PA. There, she was introduced to the stage, with performances in The Madwoman of Chaillot as the Ragpicker, and Arsenic and Old Lace as Lieutenant Rooney. Having a continued appreciation for art, she worked as a commercial model during her college years at Wheaton College, MA where she majored in French and Art. Having a desire to learn more about the law and business, she continued her craft while in the Philadelphia workplace in the 1980s. She appeared in the romantic comedy Mannequin (1987) before leaving the business world to focus on raising her children and helping her elderly family members. Not being one to leave her own pursuits undone, she earned an MBA degree from Villanova University, which has put her in the boardroom and later serving as an elected official. She also wrote and illustrated a children's book and created the fictional book characters the Bunny Cousins®. She continues her acting by choosing quality projects where she can express her art in a meaningful way.
