His film "First Love" won the Grand Prix in Cheboksary in 2015, "Khara khaar (Black Snow)" was awarded the Grand Prix at "Window to Europe" in 2020, "YT" won two prizes at Warsaw IFF and "Aita" won Best director and Best actor at Auteur Cinema Festival.
