Sabrina Azul, born in San Diego, CA comes from a lineage of formidable women. She is the great granddaughter of Eugenia Escudero Lavat Backhoff, the first woman to be bestowed by Mexico, the honor of carrying her nations flag in the opening ceremony of the 1932 Summer Olympic Games at the young age of 16.

So inspired by her lineage and their raw passion to live life to the fullest, Sabrina grew up performing in the arts. Trained in ballet, tap, and jazz, she performed throughout her adolescent years, singing and dancing in regional theater, and used her 10 years of piano training to perform concerts all around the city of San Diego. From the time she could speak, Sabrina developed a natural talent for imitation. Her raw ability to mimic almost any voice or accent she hears, has opened many doors into the voiceover world. Always passionate about the arts, Sabrina took her love of classic films and left her hometown to pursue her dream of acting in Hollywood.

Upon her arrival in Los Angeles, Sabrina hit the ground running. Within a few months of landing in Hollywood, she was asked to co-write a pivotal comedic scene for the D Street Films production of the movie KIDS CAN. She also utilizes her Voice Over talents as the animated characters "Bella, and Gus" in the same feature. Sabrina has taken her background in the Fitness world, and created a Mini Animated Series called SABRINA SAYS, as a comical parody on "Gym Life" from a female perspective. Sabrina is a versatile actress who can play into comedy as well as drama. She most recently finished a successful run in her Los Angeles theatre debut for "A Complete Unknown" where she played the only lead female character.
