Ashley graduated from the USC School of Dramatic Arts in 2019. Her leading performance in Mockingbird, written by Julie Jensen, earned her the Jack Nicholson Award endowed by Jack Nicholson at USC as Most Outstanding Actor.
She performed as Hermoine in Shakespeare's The Winter's Tale in New York at the Powerhouse Theatre. Meryl Streep describes performing at the Powerhouse Theatre as "a place to give artists the freedom to truly experiment."
On the film side, Ashley appeared as the lead performance in the award-winning short film Backpedals, which screened at the 2018 Festival de Cannes in the Court Métrage and a finalist in the 2018 Horizon Awards at the Sundance Film Festival. Recently, Ashley booked the Lead Role in the feature film The Phantom, financed by 6-time Emmy-award winner John Wells and produced by Oscar-nominated John Watson, which premiered this past September and is now making waves to the festival circuit. Long also originated the soundtrack in the film as a singer.
Ashley resides in Los Angeles.
