Varsha Bollamma is an Indian actress who works in the South Indian film industry. She can fluently speak Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada as well as Telugu.

Her mother wanted her to pursue Engineering, but she was interested in microbiology. She studied at Mount Carmel College, Bangalore, and graduated in microbiology. When she was five years old, she started dreaming of becoming an actor.

She caught the attention of everyone when her Dubsmash videos of the famous dialogue of Nazriya Nazim went viral. Her first Tamil film was Theni Maavattam (2012), which was directed by P.R. Kaumari Muthu. The movie also starred Gopal Kandan and Niranjan

After that, she went on to appear in the film K. Rajeev Prasad's Sathuran (2015).

Bollamma got the role of Subha, Prabhu's daughter, in her movie Vetrivel (2016), directed by Vasantha Mani and also starring M. Sasikumar and Prabhu. She gave two more Tamil releases in the year 2017, Ivan Yarendru Therikiratha (2017) and Yaanum Theeyavan (2017)

She appeared in four movies in 2018 and in her debut Malayalam movie. Her first Malayalam movie was Kalyanam (2018), which was directed by Rajesh Nair and Usha Rajesh. After that, she played the role of Charu, along with Rajesh Nair, in another Malayalam movie, Mandharam (2018).

She gained immense recognition after she played Prabhavathi in 96 (2018), which was a Tamil movie directed by C. Prem Kumar. The film also starred Vijay Sethupathi and Trisha Krishnan. She also played the role of Poorani in Seemathurai (2018).

In 2019, she was cast in Soothrakkaran (2019), which was her third Malayalam movie- it also starred Niranjan and Gokul Suresh.

She also played the role of Gayathri Sudarshan, a football player in the movie Bigil (2019), which was scripted and directed by Atlee

Her debut Telugu movie was Choosi Choodangaane (2020), in which she played the role of Shruthi. In the same year, she appeared in two more Telugu movies, Jaanu (2020) and Middle Class Melodies (2020).

Her first Kannada movie was Manne Number 13 (2020). This is a bilingual movie that was also released as 13am Number Veedu in Tamil. Both were released on Amazon Prime Video.

After doing a couple of cameo performances, she appeared in movies like Selfie (2022) as Madhavi, Stand Up Rahul (2022), a Telugu movie, in which she appeared as Shreya Rao, and another Telugu movie Swathi Muthyam (2022) as Bhagya Lakshmi.

In 2022, she also appeared in Meet Cute (2022), a Telugu SonyLiv web series.
