Ramzan Muhammed is a Dancer well known as 'D4 Dance' Title Winner. 'D4 Dance' is an Indian television dance reality series which premiered on Mazhavil Manorama and has completed four seasons of its series.

Ramzan who has been a part of Ad films like Minute Maid Nimbu Fresh and some popular Malayalam movies in the past such as Ee Pattanathil Bhootham (2009),Doctor Love (2011), Three Kings (2011), Ee Adutha Kaalath (2012), Mayapuri-3D (2014), Dance Dance (2017)and will be seen in the movie titled Kidu

Ramzan Muhammed was born to Nazar Perumthara and Raseena Nazar. He has three siblings: two elder brothers, Raseek Nas and Rasal Nas and a younger sister Risana Nas. He did his schooling in Co-operative Public School Muvattupuzha, Eranakulam till Class X, presently he is doing Plus-Two in Ebenezer Higher Secondary School Veettoor, Eranakulam.

Ramzan secured 'A' grade in State School Kalolsavam- 2018 for Mono-Act, Mime and Folk Dance also came first place in CBSE State Kalotsav-2015 for folk-dance. He started to learn dance professionally when he was in pre-school. He reached the semi-finals of Superstar Junior 2 on Amrita TV and finished second runner-up in the Munch Dance Dance (2012) on Asianet TV.

Ramzan was the winner of D4 Dance on Mazhavil Manorama. The show was first aired on April 11, 2014, and its last episode aired on 24 November 2014. There were total of 18 contestants in which Ramzan Muhammed was declared as the winner of the show bagging 50 lakhs Indian Rupees.
