Dharmendra Shekhar Ojha is an Indian businessman, filmmaker, and investor. He is the founder and CEO of EverydaySure Group, a conglomerate with diversified business interests.

Born in Patna, Bihar, India into a Brahmin family, Dharmendra Shekhar Ojha completed his schooling in Bihar where he spent his childhood. His father wanted him to join a government job. But Dharmendra Shekhar Ojha had a passion for business and films from childhood. He took no interest in government jobs and decided to go into the business sector where he could easily fulfill his dream to do something interesting and meaningful.

In 2004, He moved to Mumbai and started doing small businesses for his livelihood and kept continuing to learn new things simultaneously.

In August 2010, he started a new venture in marketing communications. Mars Marcom And Media Services Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated and started its operation as a global full-fledged ATL and BTL marketing communications and media consulting company. In a very short period, it has grabbed a decent number of clients worldwide. Apart from Marcom, he further forayed into Media and Entertainment, Retail, Services, Consulting, IT, and ITES.

His love for cinema didn't let him go away from the cinema. He continuously worked as executive producer, assistant director, and second unit director in many regional films during this period to learn technicalities of the filmmaking.

In 2015, he founded his own film production and distribution company named Ojha Bros. Entertainment. He further founded EverydaySure Group having diversified business interests.
