Kyria Williams, co-founder of Fruit Bearing Studios, is a bold and faith-driven voice in independent film. She began her creative journey in live theatre alongside her husband, where the two cultivated a love for storytelling rooted in heart, hope, and purpose. That passion eventually led them to transition into filmmaking, where their stories continue to inspire and uplift audiences.
Together, they filmed their first three original movies - "The Wake Up Call", "A New Husband for Christmas", and "The Gift of Grace" under KMW Productions in association with Mullen Group Productions, founded by Derrick Mullen. The creative synergy between the two companies led to a full merger, giving birth to Fruit Bearing Studios, where their unified vision continues to thrive.
Under the Fruit Bearing Studios banner, they released their fourth feature film, "The Company You Keep", further cementing their commitment to telling stories that reflect growth, hope, faith, and love. Their films have found a home on platforms such as Amazon Prime, Tubi, Pluto, and YouTube, connecting with audiences drawn to authentic, purpose-driven stories.
In addition to her work in film, Kyria is also a published author. Her debut book, "Are You Really His Good Thing" speaks directly to wives and women who desire marriage, offering encouragement and insight rooted in faith and real-life experience.
