Grant Pfost was born in Atlanta, Georgia and grew up in the small town of Hickory Flat. He spent most of his early life on the baseball field, competing with and against some of the most elite players in the country. Pfost graduated cum laude with a degree in marketing from the University of Georgia, where he also rediscovered his love of acting. After graduation, he attended an intensive at the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute in New York.
Pfost has found early success in the industry and most recently appeared opposite Emmy Award winner Tobias Menzies on Apple TV+'s Manhunt (2024) as a buttoned-up, deferential U.S. Navy officer. He also played a drunk soldier on AMC's Entretien avec un vampire (2022) and Eric, a cocky, sophisticated mastermind, in the murder mystery Most Horrible Things - previously known as Love Hurts (2022).
