Mabel Thomas (they/she) is an actor and writer with a knack for bringing complex, dynamic characters to life. A graduate of the BA Acting program at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, they have worked across both the UK and US, showcasing their talent in a wide range of genres and mediums.
In the past year Mabel has led six feature films, including 'Peeping Todd: The Musical', 'Nobody Wants to Be Here', 'Popeye the Slayer Man', 'Snake Manor', 'American Cryptids' and most recently 'Once Upon a Time in a Horror Movie'. Her comedic timing shone in the award winning web series 'Rat Czar', directed by Emmy-nominated Ana Breton.
As a writer-performer, Mabel's solo show SUGAR debuted to critical acclaim at the 2022 Edinburgh Fringe, earning multiple accolades (Pick of the Fringe, Editor's Choice, and Top Selection by BingeFringe Magazine). The show transferred to London in 2023, further cementing their creative voice in the industry.
Onscreen, Mabel has battled a demonic jack-in-the-box, a giant snake, supernatural forces summoned via Ouija board, and been decapitated by a samurai-sword wielding ex girlfriend.
Known for their work ethic, range, and collaborative spirit, Mabel brings depth and energy to every project. Off-screen, they're an avid science fiction and fantasy reader, bread eating enthusiast, and cat lover.
