Angelique Munyange is a trained Congolese actress that moved from Cape Town, SA to Los Angeles to pursue a degree in acting and filmmaking to further her training in the field. She received her Bachelor in Fine Arts at the New York Film Academy(NYFA) Summa cum laude.

She is currently working on a pilot for a new media project where she will be starring along side Hilary Ijieh. You can currently catch her in a commercial for Vagisil feminine care brand airing on multiple networks including Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN). In commercial work she has also been in a Commercial for Google Play. During her time in the Los Angeles, she execute produced, wrote and starred in her own short film, Words Never Said(2022); which is about to begin a festival run. She has been in other successful short films including Sebari Milach (2022). It was produced by Multichoice and directed by Lethabo Mokgatle and won the silver price in the Loeries. She was also part of the cast of been in Evidence of Remove(2017) & Diary of Bolanle(2018). She featured in in a couple of episodes of Jess Goes West(2019) by Celine Chika, other New Media projects include #Whatsnext(2019), the pilot project We Are The Mafia(2019).

Angelique received classical theatre training which includes programs from Trinity College of London and various classes from NYFA. This training helped her when she played in the lead role in the play Whose Life is it Anyways by Brian Clark.

Outside of acting Angelique has experience as a writer; 2nd an assistant director and as a Digital Imaging Technician.In her free time, she enjoys baking, singing, Brazilian funk dance classes and rollerskating.
