Ketan once stood in as a guitar tech for Brian Nash, from Frankie Goes to Hollywood fame during the early 2000s.

In 2013 a Ketan was part of a team from London (out of approx 9000+ global participants) that won the Global NASA Space Apps Challenge, "Most Inspirational" category. He accompanies some of the team to the Cape Canaveral to witness the MAVEN rocket probe launch to Mars.
