Social Media Star Robert Frank Richetti, better known as Robert Frank, was born on June 15, 1978, in Princeton, New Jersey. Robert's interest in comedy was sparked during his teenage years while watching and listening to Howard Stern on the radio. As an adult, Robert maintained a successful career as an Insurance Broker before he began dabbling in viral videos.

Robert's viral fame is attached to his status as a fitness icon. He began his journey in fitness in 2002 as a skinny 126-pound young man in his mid-twenties. He started training in the gym and a year later became a certified personal trainer. Over the next twelve years Robert trained people in gyms and homes and eventually bulked up to the 205-pound man of muscle that he is today. Robert was also the manager of Diesel Fitness in New Jersey for several years.

He began posting his comedic fitness skits on Instagram and in turn gained a big following in the fitness community. In 2016 he started doing shirtless rants in his car about various topics in fitness and pop culture and these angry rants began to go viral earning him hundreds of thousands of Instagram followers.

In 2016, Robert's success caused him to open his own online merchandise store which features a lot of his viral catch phrases. At the same time, his videos were spreading throughout social media and also being seen on major platforms including; WorldStarHipHop, Unilad, IGN, and even a feature on Tosh.0. Robert also received re-posts from other celebrities such as Snoop Dogg and Tommy Lee and began racking up A-list followers from the likes of Dan Bilzerian and dozens of others.

Robert also caught the attention of the mainstream press, as he was interviewed by Philly Voice Magazine, 98 Rock in Baltimore, many other major media outlets. Additionally, he began making cameos on other celebrity's videos including a boxing video with viral YouTuber, Jake Paul.

He stays busy with celebrity guest appearances such as; charity events, Fitcon UK in London England, and most recently Arnold Schwarzenegger's Arnold Sports Festival, where he is mobbed by fans for photos and videos. Robert is also the host of The Glorious House of Gainz Podcast. The show airs weekly on every major digital platform and gives Robert a place to share fitness tips and discuss his views on current events. After years of fans requesting the podcast, Robert launched it in 2018 to give a more in-depth glimpse of who Robert is as a person instead of just what you see in short comedic videos.
