Originally from South Carolina, Chris joined the Marine Corps and served eight years on active duty, deploying to Afghanistan and a number of other countries, before leaving to pursue a graduate degree at NYU in Global Affairs. During his time in grad school, he discovered his love of acting through friends and fellow veterans working in the arts. He has studied with Anthony Abeson and Bob Krakower. He lives and works in New York.
