A film production graduate from the University of Westminster, London and History of Art graduate from the University of Milan, Luca was the President of his institution's Film Society during his studies and served as the Festival Director on the 2019 Westminster Film Festival. His endeavors as an independent producer / director got him involved with "La Fabbrica Cinema" - APS in his home country of Italy, as well as to become the Founder and first Festival Director of the Brixia Film Festival (BRIFF).
