Amit Anand Raut is an Indian actor and theatre artist known for his work in Telugu cinema, Hindi cinema, and television. He began his acting journey in theatre at Premchand Rangshala in Patna in 2013. After earning a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree from Nalanda Open University in 2014, he moved to Delhi to further his acting career.
Raut made his film debut in the Telugu movie "Kirrak Party" (2018), directed by Sharan Koppisetty. He has since appeared in several films, including "Mehbooba" (2018) and "IB 71" (2023), where he portrayed a Lahore police officer.
In television, Raut has been featured in series such as "Imlie," "Khakee: The Bihar Chapter," and "Asur: Welcome to Your Dark Side." In 2023, he played the role of Bittu in the Star Plus show "Keh Doon Tumhein," a suspense thriller starring Mudit Nayar and Yukti Kapoor.
