I have two completed features, 'Undue Influence' and 'A Force of Habit' with my third project currently in development, 'Coveted'. Being a full-time screenwriter and producer is where my passion lies. In addition to this, I have experience as a risk averse, innovative and forward-thinking people and process manager with extensive operations, loss mitigation, mortgage servicing and consumer debt collections experience. I have successfully maintained an exceptional record of achievement with mentoring and team building. I'm adept at performance management, root cause analysis and remediation and with managing through execution. Additionally, I've been instrumental in the development and implementation of core processes, policies, procedures and controls.
