Cyn Shepard was born November 12 in Oklahoma City, OK to Carol (Koder) and Jay Carman. Cyn started modeling and acting at age 18 and is best known for portraying Harley Quinn. She has been featured in the "Immortal: the Invisible War" RPG book series, in several magazines, and in 2017's "Women of Cosplay" calendar. An author with a taste for horror, she has taken that creativity over to the realm of screenplays.
She performs regularly at community and charity events, and is pursuing her Bachelor Degree in Film. One of her many dreams is to one day appear in a film production alongside the Joker.
