Emma Wise Gonzalez was born on November 11, 1999, and graduated from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in 2018. Emma was one of the survivors of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School Massacre on February 14, 2018, and has been a prominent figure in the media ever since, because of her push for gun control in the aftermath of the shootings. Emma is now attending the New College of Florida, while continuing her gun control activism.
