Ryan Postell

During the audition for a TV pilot in Chicago, he mistakenly walked into the audition room instead of the holding room where he was instructed to wait in. He took off his jacket, grabbed a script and asked everybody if they're ready. All the while someone was standing in front of the camera with producers and casting behind a table. He was quickly instructed he was in the wrong room and was escorted out. He wished the actor who was auditioning "good luck!" and walked out of the room. However, when it was his turn to audition, the producers stated they were hoping he was there for the audition, because how he handled himself walking into that room was exactly how the character would act that he was auditioning for. He was offered the role on the spot.
