Lauren started scripting cyber-security stories for The Kim Komando Show in 2018. From 2020 to 2022, she wrote and developed shows including Medical Murders, Cults, & Con-Artists for Parcast, Spotify. Her work is featured on Mr. Ballen's Medical Mysteries (Wondery) and Missing Pages (The Podglomerate).
Lauren is a proud member of the WGAE. In September 2020, Lauren was elected to Parcast's Bargaining Committee as a union representative. For nearly two years, she spent countless hours in meetings and negotiations to secure a contract for the unit.
Lauren wrote on "Lonely in the Dusk," an Official Selection for the Newport Beach Film Festival, in collaboration with Jacky Song. She also co-directed "His Party," with Brynn Bodair -- a short film selected for the Los Angeles Experimental Dance & Music Film Festival.
Lauren has a cat named Oatis Redding and is based in Los Angeles.
