Troy Etheredge

Troy Etheredge is a American actor/writer who is passionate about giving his talents to the world. He was born and raised in Aiken, SC and now resides in Lawrenceville, GA. Growing up in the Palmetto State, Troy was taught to be a southern gentlemen, to work hard, and the value of a dollar. As a youngster he would write for fun and while in the 7th grade he won the SC Lieutenant Governors award for excellence in writing. The acting bug hit him at the age of 17 when the Medical College of Georgia used his high school basketball team to film a commercial about sports medicine. He enjoyed the process and was fortunate to be a part of a major commercial that was in heavy rotation for several years. After high school, Troy, along with his cousin David Matthews, formed the hip hop duo "Cherokee". Together they released the album "The Promise" under their own production company Arrowhead Entertainment. Over the years, Troy has used his life experiences and talents to create a pathway of success for himself and others. He continues to reinvent himself and add more layers to his career.
