Jayant Gupta is a passionate screenwriter and filmmaker based in Mumbai. He has written six feature films and three web series, four of which are currently in various stages of production. His work spans multiple genres, including comedy, drama, thriller, and animation, showcasing his deep love for storytelling.
His short film Mera Number Kab Ayega was honored with a nomination at Filmfare 2022 and has received recognition at several national and international film festivals. In addition to this, Jayant has written over ten short films and more than 15 comedy sketches, collectively amassing over 20 million views online.
A proud alumnus of Whistling Woods International, where he earned a Diploma in Screenwriting. Jayant's recent feature film projects include the heartwarming family entertainer Dulhaniya Le Aayegi (currently in post-production). He is also the writer of Pushpa I Love Tears, a high-concept script that was selected among the top 25 entries out of 1300 submissions at SWA Pitchfest 2024
